Before diving into how to use reward points, let’s explore how to accumulate and convert them. MOBAPPY offers 4 membership levels, based on your total purchase amount (excluding B2B transactions).

For example, when you sign up as a new member, you will be placed in the M-New tier and instantly receive 1,000 reward points. As your total spending increases, you’ll be upgraded to M-Gold, M-VIP, or M-SVIP tiers.

Each membership tier comes with its special benefits. The higher the tier, the greater your privileges, such as more reward points per order and birthday gift vouchers!

1. M-New Tier

Eligibility:

• All newly registered members are automatically placed into M-New.

• Not applicable for B2B orders.

Shopping Benefits:

• Instantly receive reward points upon registration (The reward points granted to new members upon registration are subject to change without prior notice)

• A ¥500 voucher for use on phones, computers, and tablets (not applicable for accessories or AirPods).

2. M-Gold Tier

Eligibility:

• Accumulated purchase total between ¥200,000 and ¥400,000

• Not applicable for B2B orders.

• Earn an extra 1% reward points on top of the standard points for every order.

• Receive a ¥1,000 voucher for phones, computers, and tablets (excluding accessories and AirPods).

3. M-VIP Tier

Eligibility:

• Accumulated purchase total between ¥400,000 and ¥800,000

• Not applicable for B2B orders.

Shopping Benefits:

• Earn an extra 3% reward points on top of the standard points for every order.

• Receive a ¥3,000 voucher for phones, computers, and tablets (excluding accessories and AirPods).

4. M-SVIP Tier

Eligibility:

• Accumulated purchase total over ¥800,000

• Not applicable for B2B orders.

• Earn an extra 5% reward points on top of the standard points for every order.
